14. Tied in unwanted marriage🌙

I am in a lot of confusion,

Honestly I don't have the courage to think about it, but it is also true that my family and their respect means a lot to me, after seeing the health condition of grandmother, I had to say yes.

But regarding Daksh, I think whether he is ready for this marriage or not.

Then I asks maa , "Is Daksh agreed for this marriage?

Maa says, "Yes, he agrees to this marriage."

Mother says, "let's go, beta. Everyone is waiting downstairs."

I nodded.

I move towards the mandap where I see Daksh sitting quietly.

His eyes are burning with hatred and anger.

Seeing him like this, I shudder.

I sit next to him.

The priest starts reciting the mantra.

Then he asks us to perform the jaimala ceremony.

Daksha puts the jaimala around my neck without even looking at me.

Then Papa and Maa perform my Kanyadan.

Then the Panditji asks both of us to take the saath Pheras.

After our Pheras are completed, we both sit down.

There's a lot going on in my mind that I was very happy that I am finally going to marry the person, whom I loved since childhood but look at my fate.

Here now, I am sitting in the mandap with my sister's fiancee.

Oops ! Correction her ex-fiancee.

I don't know anything about him except his name ,daksh that's it.

Thinking in my mind ,"When your groom runs away with your sister , And only for the sake of the family's reputation I have to get married to a person whom I barely known."

Then voice of Pandit ji comes ," Now,  groom should fill the bride's parting with vermillion."

When he lifts my veil and applies vermillion ,some amount of vermillion fall in my nose I am about to clear this .

But One Aunty said ," Don't remove ,it is a sign of your husband how much he will be deeply in love with you ".

Then we had a eye contact Our first eye contact are only fill with disappointment, anger and fear.

His jaw clenched and eyes fill with anger.

Immediately , I lowered my eyes in fear.

Then suddenly he came close to me and whispers , "Don't be too happy. You can never be my wife, do you understand that ."

All the rituals were completed, then the priest said, "The marriage is complete."

We both took the elders' blessings.

I hugged my mother tightly and cried.

She consoled me and caressed my back, saying, "beta! what happened wasn't right, but I'll definitely advise you to forget everything and start a fresh life."

I reluctantly nodded.

My mother looked at him and said, "Take care of my daughter."

He shook his head.

Then I hug Dadi and tell her, "Take care of yourself, no stress, no junk , no sweets, just take a proper diet and meditation okayy."

And she shakes her head while caressing my head.

And she says, "Take care of yourself too."

Daksh's mother puts her hand on dadi shoulder and says, "Don't worry Maaji, Kashvi is our daughter now, and about Daksh. He will take care of Kashvi."

I hug Dad.

He doesn't say much, he doesn't much expressive but I can see in his eyes that he loves me a lot.

At the end I finally look at everyone with tearful eyes.

Then Daksh's mother says to me, "Let's go kashvi beta."

I nodded.

I don't see Daksh anywhere here.

I ask her in a low voice, "Where did he go?"

She says to me, "beta...you know the circumstances under which you both got married, so it's going to take some time to recover.Don't worry, everything will be fine.

His mother caressing my head and says , "Yes, one more thing, bahu , you're our daughter now too, so you should call me Mummy, not Aunty."

I gives her a comforting smile and say, "Yes, Mummy jii ."

She tells a girl, "Take your sister-in-law with you in the car."

She says, "Yes mom," and she hold my shoulder gently, giving a warm smile she says, "Let's go, bhabhi."

I nod.
