Then I walk into the empty classroom and see Aryan and Abhishek sitting comfortably, while Karan is pacing around.

As I enter, Aryan immediately stands up and asks enthusiastically, "Hey buddy, what happened? Did you find out?"

I nod-"Yeah."

Hearing this, Karan rushes over and asks, "Tell me-what's her name? What does she like? And the most important thing: does she have a boyfriend?"

I calm him down, saying, "Hold on, man, hold on. I'm not going to ask all that in the very first interaction. It's impossible for someone like Ansh Rathore to just walk up to a girl and ask those things-what would happen to my reputation in this college? Besides, I only found out her name."

He asks happily, "Really? So tell me, what is her name?"

I say, "Neha."

Blushing, he repeats the name affectionately-"Neha... what a beautiful name"-and then, lost in a daydream, adds, "Just like her."

I think to myself in surprise, Another guy has fallen into the trap of love.

Just then, my phone rings.

Seeing who it is, a smile spreads across my face. I say, "Mom.. Pp."

I excuse myself, step out of the classroom, answer the call, and say excitedly, "Hello Mom, how are you? It's been so long; you haven't even called me."

Meena Rathore, my mom, replies, "I missed my son so much, too. Do you think it's easy staying so far away from my son? You're in college now, right..."

I say, "Yeah, but why?"

She laughs and says, "You'll get a surprise when you come home from college."

After college ends, I get into my black Mercedes and head to my luxurious apartment.

Yes, I live alone because my mom and dad live in London for our business; they had told me that could have pursued my studies there, but I liked it here; I stayed back for the my friends, and-thanks to my parents-they agreed to it.

I entered the apartment using the password, and the moment I saw what was inside, I was overjoyed-Mom and Dad were both there.

I ran over, hugged them, and said, "Mom..."

She hugged me back and asked, "How is my son?"

Breaking the hug, I replied, "I'm fine, Mom, but Do you have any idea how much I missed both of you?"

Amit Rathore, my dad, chimed in, "Hey, are you going to shower all your love on your mom? Leave a little for your poor old dad, too."

I looked at him and laughed, saying, "Dad, what are you saying?"

Then I gave him a tight hug as well. Finally, I asked them, "Oh, so *this* was the surprise?"

They exchanged glances, and Mom said, "No, this isn't the surprise; in fact, there's an even better one."

I asked, "What is it, Mom?"

She replied, "I'll tell you when the time is right," adding that they wouldn't leave until they had revealed it.

She then said, "Now go take a shower; we'll sit down and have dinner together."

I nodded and went to bathe, wondering all the while what the surprise could be.

Well, never mind that-I was going to spend so much time with Mom and Dad now; it was going to be great.
